We all look stunned at Ukraine and see the suffer­ing. We too have faced the ques­tion of how we can support. We are in constant exchange with our contacts in Ukraine, espe­cially with the fire­fight­ers from the Cher­nobyl area. As the need for equip­ment for search and rescue of trapped people (USAR) will arise if fight­ing contin­ues in the cities, we would like to finance and collect appro­pri­ate equip­ment. We also support the inter­na­tional organ­i­sa­tion “Fire­fight­ers Alliance” with drop-off points and tempo­rary stor­age for collected fire­fight­ing equip­ment, which is then brought to the Ukrain­ian border by Osteu­ropaHilfe e.V..
